Whether you’re travelling on business or taking a long deserved holiday, long term or short term, our friendly attentive staff will be happy to help with your arrangements.

 

  • Our punctual staff will collect your car from you at the terminal and deliver it to our secure premises, situated only 3,5km away from the main terminal.
  • Short notice bookings are available at all times.
  • Collection and delivery of your car at OR Tambo’s Parkade 2 (until further notice).
  • An online booking service is available 24 hours, 365 days a year and telephone bookings from 4am (4h00) – 10pm (22h00)

DEPARTURE

One of our team will collect your car from the designated terminal, at the specified meeting time, and drive it to our 24hr secure parking site, which is situated within 3,5km away from OR Tambo International Airport.

 

ARRIVAL

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, contact us on the number we provide, and we will have your car delivered within a few minutes for both International and Domestic pick-up zones.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book with APS?
Simply fill out the online booking and make a payment to confirm your booking with us. We now accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are making your booking less than 12hrs before travelling please call our Operations number on 011 975 3000 and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed the booking process you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you supplied indicating your booking dates and give you important information for your days of travel. Should you not receive an email.
Where will my car be kept?
Your car will be kept within our secure parking compound a short distance from O. R. Tambo International Airport.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
We are aware that from time to time things happen and changes need to be made to bookings or they need to be cancelled altogether.
Just call our Operations on 011 975 3000 and our staff will help you with all of your needs. Please be aware of our cancellation policy within the terms and conditions of the order when cancelling your booking with us.
How do I know that I am handing my keys to a APS employee?
Our Driver will greet you at the terminal wearing our trademark red uniform bearing the APS logo seen in the header of our website. This will prove that they work for us. They will also quote the Secure Password that you set on your booking for added peace of mind.
Why do I need to set a password on my booking?

We use a password system as an added security measure. This gives you added peace of mind when you are quoted your password by our company representative. You should remember your password as you will be asked to quote it back to the driver when we drop your vehicle back to you.
